Jules leads Talent and People at Zeal, supporting the firm’s culture and helping hire exceptional new team members. Originally from Philadelphia, she lives there with her husband, Doug, and their two children.

Roger leads Finance and Operations at Zeal, helping build the operating infrastructure behind the firm’s growth. A Sacramento, California native, he lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Anne.

Isabelle works on searches across Engineering, Product, AI, and G&A, supporting companies hiring across both technical and business-critical functions. She is from Summit, NJ and lives in Manhattan.

Alafair supports leadership searches across GTM, G&A, and Product, working with startups as they build out key functions. She is from outside of Boston and lives in Manhattan.

Jen works across Consumer, GTM, and G&A searches, helping growing companies identify leaders for business-critical roles. She is from Oklahoma and lives in Philadelphia with her husband, David.

Dinara supports early and growth-stage startups on leadership searches across GTM, G&A, and Product roles. Originally from Irvine, California, she now lives in Manhattan.

Patrick leads Zeal’s Sports practice, helping startups, leagues, teams, and brands across the sports ecosystem hire game-changing leaders. He is from Greenwich, CT and lives in Manhattan.

Lukas helps startups build out leadership teams across GTM, G&A, Implementation, and Product functions. From Long Island, he now lives in Brooklyn with his fiancée, Cam.

Justin works with early and growth-stage companies on high-priority leadership searches across Consumer, GTM, G&A, and Technical roles. He is from Dallas, TX and lives there currently with his wife, Clara.

Kyle helps drive Zeal’s Consumer practice, supporting leadership searches across consumer, media, content, marketing, and business development roles. Originally from Hudson Valley, NY, he lives in Sea Bright, NJ with his wife, Nicole.

Thomas supports specialized leadership searches across technical, operational & business-critical functions, including Engineering, Product, Finance, Compliance, Legal & IT. He is from Sacramento, CA and lives in San Diego with his wife, Emma.

Lauren partners with high-growth companies on executive searches spanning CEO, GTM, G&A, and Product leadership. She is from Voorhees, NJ and lives in Manhattan.

Bridget works across Zeal’s G&A practice, partnering with early/growth-stage companies on Finance, GM, Operations, People & Talent leadership searches. Originally from just outside of Philadelphia, she lives in Bucks County, PA with her husband, Billy.

Chloe helps drive Zeal’s Engineering, Product & AI practice, focusing on competitive technical leadership searches for fast-growing companies. She is from Chicago & Brooklyn, NY and lives in Highlands, NJ with her husband, Nikita, and their daughter Mila.

Nate helps drive Zeal’s GTM & CEO practices, partnering with companies on CEO, President, Sales, Revenue, Marketing & Post-Sale leadership roles. Originally from Santa Cruz, California, he lives in San Diego with his wife, Karli, and their two children.

Colton works across Zeal’s incubation and consumer practices, helping companies stand up new lines of business and hire functional leaders as they scale. From Sacramento, California, he now lives in Manhattan with his wife, Anna.

Maddie leads Zeal’s Consumer Practice, partnering with consumer, CPG, and media brands on executive leadership hires. A Philadelphia native, she lives in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania with her husband, Mike.

Tegan leads Zeal’s G&A practice, helping startups hire Finance, People, Talent, BizOps, and GM leaders as they scale. She is from Wilton, CT and now lives in Long Island with her husband, Ryan.

Bryce oversees Zeal’s Consumer practice, partnering with high-growth consumer, CPG, and media companies on senior leadership hires. Originally from Sacramento, California, he now lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife, Julia, and their daughter.

Zach is Zeal’s CEO and leads the firm’s Engineering, Product & AI practice, helping startups hire technical leaders who build/scale products and teams. Raised in New York’s Hudson Valley, he lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Courtney, and their son.

Kevin leads Zeal’s GTM & CEO practices, partnering with early/growth-stage companies on critical CEO, President, Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success & Implementation hires. A Warwick, New York native, he lives in Brooklyn with his fiancée, Gaby.
